SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping cost structure is as follows:
1) All regions in South Africa: R 110 door-to-door delivery.
2) For collection at our store: Free
3) Manufacturing time: 21 workdays, subject to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. load-shedding, protests, power outages etc.)- please note this is hand-manufactured. each pair of Finleys is crafted with utmost detail and care.
4) Take note that over the Christmas Holiday period all orders will only be processed in January.

Store Pick Up
Please wait for a notification before picking up your shoes. You will need your order confirmation and ID.
Store opening hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Saturday

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REPAIRS POLICY
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and the item on return inspection shows no sign of use, you can return the article and either get a full refund or exchange the article for an item of similar value. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on sale items.

Returns Process:
1) Contact us within 3 days of purchase to arrange your return or exchange
2) Depending on where you live, we will make specific courier arrangements with you
3) We will inspect your item and if it shows no sign of use, process your refund or exchange within 7 work days

Repairs:
We have a 6 month warranty on all our shoes, and will always replace a shoelace should it break.
