WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

  • We manufacture in Pretoria, South Africa, “just in time”, and on order

  • We offer a warranty on our shoes

  • Our size curve for men and women ranges from a SA3 to SA12

  • There is a minimum order of R15,000 on your first order of any size, style, and for men &/or women.  Thereafter there are no minimum orders or a required size range per order, which gives the buyer the liberty to customize their selections for every order. Customers can order any number of pairs in any style and their own selection of sizes.  They can also order a mixture of men’s and women’s shoes.

  • Customers can order a minimum of 12 pairs throughout the year on a weekly, monthly, or per season basis, which means 1) no pre-orders with it’s often required early commitments; 2) the opportunity to optimize warehouse space by spacing orders; 3) and you don’t ever need to be left with stock at the end of the season

  • Orders placed with the factory require a lead time of 21 days (manufacturing) + 4 days (handling & delivery) = 25 days from order date to delivery.

  • Wholesale customers can order unique, custom styles which will only be available in their stores. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Courier Fees and VAT are excluded from our prices

Customer Privacy Policy

  • Finleys Shoes & Asseccories (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Payment Options Accepted

  • Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Finleys Shoes & Asseccories (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

 

Card Acquiring and Security

  • Card transactions will be acquired for Finleys Shoes & Asseccories (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Customer Details Separate from Card Details 

  • Customer details will be stored by Finleys Shoes & Asseccories (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

 

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

  • The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
